At Let's Keep The Ball Flying, our volunteers are the lifeblood of our organization. We call them fingerprints because just as every person has a unique set of fingerprints, every volunteer brings their own unique set of skills, experiences, and perspectives to our mission.

Our organisation's structure and job positions draw inspiration from the world of volleyball, reflecting the teamwork and leadership that makes the sport so special. Our structure revolves around four pillars, each of which is led by a dedicated Captain. Within each pillar, we have Head Coaches (HC), and Most Valuable Players (MVP), who work together as a cohesive team to drive our mission forward.
